Class description & registration

Join our next online class beginning January 18 at 7:00 pm.

What to expect from your 2 Week Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Class. 

  • Small class size with no more than 15 people.
  • Led by a Nutrition Coach with 15 years of experience in health & wellness.  
  • Four weeks of access to Coach Support through email and phone
  • A take-home guidebook that includes:
    • Inflammatory foods to eliminate.
    • Tasty and helpful alternatives to common inflammatory foods
    •  Easy and delicious recipes

You will be eliminating inflammatory foods for two weeks – roughly three weeks if you choose to do the highly recommended food testing at the end.

Class Schedule

All classes run from 7 – 8pm

Week 1

Thursday Class Meeting #1Prep Day – receive your guidebook and everything you need to know to prep for your 2 Weeks following our Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Guide.

Week 2

Monday – no class2 Weeks of Anti-inflammatory Nutrition BEGINS TODAY!

Tuesday – Class Meeting #2Check-in & bring your questions – How’s it going so far? Did you find any interesting foods? Show & Tell: Please bring your new favorite recipes and/or prepared food to share. I have some here to share. Discussion on: Energy production, calories and macros.

After Class Food-Swap – Optional only for people who live close enough.
Bring a medium container – about 2.5 cups – of your easy meal and swap with others. As many containers as you bring you will leave with, but filled with different food! So fun and having lots of different food around already prepped helps keep you on track.

Week 3

Tuesday – Class Meeting #3 – Check-in & bring your questions. – See if we can tackle what is the most challenging aspects for you. Show & Tell: discussed above. Discussion on: The Importance of Protein

After Class Food-Swap: Yum, we’re doing it again!

Thursday – Optional Bonus Class – Learn all about Food Sensitivity Testing – Highly recommended for the week after your 2 weeks of Anti-inflammatory Nutrition. Discussion on: The news about booze.

  • Pamphlet on Food Sensitivity Testing
  • A log sheet to track your results
  • An additional week of Coaching Support through email and phone

Cost of the 2-Week Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Class

Guidebook, 3 Class Meetings, and Coaching Support for 3 Weeks – $150

(Optional) Food Sensitivity Class, Pamphlet, Log sheet, and 1 Week Coaching Support – $35
