We are two sisters on a mission to help wise women feel healthier and happier.
Kerrie Bross is a Nutrition Coach and Kristen Morelli is a Certified Nutrition Practitioner. We have been working in the Health and Wellness industry for over 15 years.
We are also in our fifties, entrepreneurs, and raising teenagers. We have full lives (like most women our age) and we prioritize personal health; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Life is precious. Our bodies are deserving of our care and attention.
Kerrie was experiencing some chronic shoulder and neck pain and Kristen was experiencing joint pain in her hands and feet, as well as occasional bloating and rosacea. Some friends of ours were also experiencing chronic pain. Including knee swelling and severe arthritis in the hands. What can I say, we are in our fifties … inflammation happens!
Having completed Dr. Erica LePore’s 21-Day Detox Plan quite a few times over the past several years, we knew that certain foods could contribute to inflammation and pain but didn’t believe the various issues that we were experiencing required a full liver detox (although that certainly would have helped!) We were looking for a nutrition plan that focused specifically on anti-inflammation and could be completed in just two weeks (although we started feeling better in just 4 days!)
After several weeks of research, we created the 2-Week Anti-inflammatory Nutrition Guide. We shopped and prepped and were ready to give it a try.
We went in hoping for any reduction in pain, and we were pleasantly surprised. After just four days we noticed an improvement. By the end of the two weeks, we felt amazing and wanted to continue following the nutrition guide we created.
There were four of us who followed the 2-Week Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Guide and we all had good results. Some did not have a complete reduction in pain, but everyone experienced an improvement.
Kerrie’s results were so dramatic, her chiropractor and massage therapist noticed a difference in how her muscles felt. Her chiropractor said, “Her muscles felt less congested”. Her massage therapist said, “It was much easier getting through the top layers to get to the deep tissue.”
Over a year after completing her initial trial of the 2 Week Anti-inflammatory Nutrition Guide, Kerrie’s shoulder is still pain-free. The nutrition guide facilitated Kerrie in getting her inflammation under control, and it has not come back! Kerrie follows the Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Guide 3-5 days a week. Kristen also feels better every day that she chooses to avoid inflammation-causing foods. These savvy sisters agree,
