Ingredients:
- about 1 1/2 lb wild-caught salmon, sockeye salmon is my favorite
- 1 1/2 Tbs organic coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp organic ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp Pure Monk monkfruit powder
- 1 Tbs olive oil

Directions:
- Add all marinade ingredients to a leak proof container and shake to mix well.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Longer is great! I accidentally marinated some for a couple days – it was sooo good!
- Remove from refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before cooking. This helps it to cook evenly.
- Bake or grill until the salmon is cooked, about four to six minutes per 1/2 inch of fish.
Serving Suggestions:
I like it with brown rice or riced cauliflower and salad. Leftovers are great for lunch on salad!
